More about me.

If there’s one thing I know, it’s food—and how to get it on the right shelves, in front of the right buyers, and into the hands of the right customers. With over 30 years in fine food retail, brand strategy, and food buying, I’ve worked with some of the best in the business, from Harrods, Selfridges, and Fortnum & Mason to independent start-ups looking to shake up the market.
I’ve spent my career negotiating with food buyers, scaling food businesses, and helping brands land their dream stockists. I also co-founded my own food retail business, so I know exactly what it’s like to be on the other side of the table—hustling for opportunities, chasing wholesale customers, and figuring out the best strategy to scale. Spoiler alert: it’s not easy. But with the right guidance, the right strategy, and the right contacts, it’s absolutely doable. That’s where I come in.
I work with food start-ups and growing brands to help them refine their business strategy, secure the right retail and food service partners, and land those all-important wholesale deals. Need help pitching to food buyers? I can show you what works. Looking for department store contacts? I know who to talk to. Struggling to identify food concession opportunities? Let’s map out your options.
Beyond my hands-on industry experience, I’ve also been a judge for the Great Taste Awards and a mentor for The Seed Fund, helping emerging brands get the recognition (and shelf space) they deserve.
If you need ongoing, expert support but don’t want the cost of a full-time team, my Virtual Business Partner service gives you the benefit of a strategic, experienced mentor in your corner. Whether it’s B2B lead generation, scaling your food business, or launching into London’s top markets, I can help you cut through the noise and make things happen.
So, whether you’re a start-up needing direction or an established brand ready to take things up a gear, let’s get to work. Because great food deserves a great strategy.
